I'm going to try this "trust your body approach." You might already know Kelly Mahler's work. I took one of her workshops a while back, and it was super helpful for me, who had zero understanding of interoception before becoming a parent.
Ooo I'm gonna look it up! Man o man, the interoception thing is a doozy to understand. I feel like it rewrote so many narratives I had about *myself* growing up and has helped me understand what's happening with my kid so much more as well. Wild.

Agreed. And yet I get blank looks when I mention it to doctors. 🤦♀️
baaaaa so annoying! Interoception, proprioception, and vestibular sense — game changers! Why don't medical professionals talk about these more??
