Thank you for writing it! It's definitely hard to find reasons to smile.. I don't know what I'd do if I didn't have these kids to inspire a silly spontaneous dance party or similar activity. Just doomscroll all day?

The word Tzohar (צוהר) IS a window but is more commonly translated as 'porthole', which, actually fits your description and explanation better, I think, than 'window'.

I like that a lot! I wonder now about the etymology of porthole -- does it have to do with more light coming in the port side of a ship? Or being the window through which one views the port upon arrival? I'm gonna a look this up.
